Step by step process for license registration via a Network ID

After Predator FLM has been installed step through the following process to register your license:

  1. Stop the Predator FLM Service, should it be running
  2. Shift+Right Click on the blue Predator FLM Service Manager desktop icon and select Run as administrator
  3. Optionally specify Windows administrator credentials and click Ok
  4. Click the Upgrade button and the Predator registration/upgrade dialog will appear
  5. Type your name and company, do not leave these fields blank
  6. Type or copy & paste the serial number and access code from an email or a sticker within the DVD packaging
  7. Select Network ID from the license type pulldown
  8. Click the Ok button to close the registration/upgrade dialog
  9. Close the Predator FLM Service Manager
  10. Copy the PFLM Service.license file from an email to the folder c:\program files (x86)\predator software\FLM 11.0\
  11. Type Services from the Windows Start menu
  12. Start the Predator FLM Service

Step by step process for license registration via a Predator USB SIM

After Predator FLM has been installed step through the following process to register your license:

  1. Stop the Predator FLM Service, should it be running
  2. Verify that the Predator USB SIM is plugged into the PC's USB port
  3. Shift+Right Click on the blue Predator FLM Service Manager desktop icon and select Run as administrator
  4. Optionally specify Windows administrator credentials and click Ok
  5. Click the Upgrade button and the Predator registration/upgrade dialog will appear
  6. Type your name and company, do not leave these fields blank
  7. Type or copy & paste the serial number and access code from an email or a sticker within the DVD packaging
  8. Select USB from the license type pulldown or select Unknown from the license type pulldown when using remote desktop
  9. Click the Ok button to close the registration/upgrade dialog
  10. Close the Predator FLM Service Manager
  11. Copy the PFLM Service.license file from an email to the folder c:\program files (x86)\predator software\FLM 11.0\
  12. Type Services from the Windows Start menu
  13. Start the Predator FLM Service
