October 26th 2020 - Predator Software unveils Operation Zero

For the last few years, Predator developers and engineers have been quietly working on an internal project called Operation Zero. Operation Zero is a commitment by Predator Software to duplicate, document and eliminate all bugs with our applications, utilities and firmware. Today, we are proud to go public with Operation Zero and be transparent as we continue to work on achieving an almost impossible task: zero bugs in 62 deliverables. As of today, we have achieved zero application bugs in 53 of our deliverables. Operation Zero was inspired by our customers' efforts as they work on continuous improvement and quality initiatives. At the core of Operation Zero is the following fact: the quality and reliability of each deliverable is ultimately more important than a new feature. September 9th 2020 - Adobe Flash EOL and Predator Software

Adobe has announced that they will end support of the Adobe Flash Player on December 31st 2020. Predator Software does not use Flash technology within v11 applications, v10 applications or Predator web sites. Predator customers should not expect any Predator related interruptions due to the end of life of Adobe Flash.

NOTE: Predator applications are highly customizable. Any customer that chose to use Adobe Flash for Predator customizations are encouraged to migrate their Flash based applications or websites to HTML5 or some other technology stack prior to December 31st 2020.

January 1st 2020 - Windows 7 support is ending on January 14th 2020

As of January 14, 2020, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or support for PCs running Windows 7. This means that computers running on Windows 7 will be more vulnerable to security risks and viruses. To avoid these risks, Microsoft and Predator Software both recommend upgrading to Windows 10.

Customers that subscribe to Premier Predator Support and elect to stay on Windows 7 will remain supported by Predator personnel. For example, we still support Predator applications on the Windows Vista platform even though Microsoft ended extended support back on April 11th 2017.
