October 11th 2018 - Predator Armor Enclosures include Magnetic Mounting

Predator Armor enclosures now include magnetic mounting as a standard feature. Previously, magnetic mounting was an extra cost option. Traditional mounting brackets are still included for those folks that do not want to use magnetic mounting.

August 7th 2018 - Predator MDC Executive demo - Public Service Announcement

On August 1, Predator's MDC Executive demo vm running in the cloud was attacked by ransomware. This attack exploited Microsoft Windows Server via a form of denial of service. The attack was not 100% successful and service was restored later that day. Predator Software implemented increased security measures to improve our defenses. The stand alone vm that was attacked solely existed for demo purposes, was not a member of any Predator network, and did not contain any customer data or Predator data.

January 14th 2018 - Predator Software acquires OmegaPost

Predator Software announced the acquisition of OmegaPost, a 2-5 axis post processor from CAMCAD Technologies. OmegaPost was designed to simplify the generation of advanced CNC syntax and requirements.

Predator Software will integrate OmegaPost technology within its existing shop floor applications. In addition, OmegaPost will relaunch as Predator CNC Post. Predator Software will assume responsibility for existing customers’ software maintenance and technical support.
