Predator Newsgroups are now available for every Predator product, they are open forums where you can post a question and experienced predator experts can respond. It's a great way to share ideas and learn from the experience of others.

Newsgroups are a great resource but they are not technical support. Maintenance customers that are experiencing an issue should contact their local Predator reseller or Predator Software.

NOTE: All Predator Newsgroups are currently down and will be restored as soon as possible.

To begin using Predator Newsgroups for the very first time, step through the appropriate procedure for your browser/application:

Using Explorer, Outlook, or Outlook Express

1. Open Outlook or Outlook Express

2. Select Tools

3. Select Accounts

4. Click News tab

5. Select Add

6. Select News

7. Type name and email address

8. Type news.predator-software.com for the NNTP server name

9. Select Enter

10. Select Yes to download newsgroups

11. Subscribe to the appropriate sections
    

Using Netscape

1. Open Netscape Messenger

2. Select Edit

3. Select Preferences

4. Select Newsgroup Servers

5. Select Add

6. Type news.predator-software.com

7. Select Enter

8. Select the new item in the local mail dir.

9. Subscribe to the appropriate sections
