COVID-19 Status at Predator Software

Predator Software COVID-19 Status

Predator Software will continue to support our customers and remain open during the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the current number of COVID-19 cases, the mutual COVID-19 Release Agreement is no longer required by Predator Software before any onsite or in-person activity can occur. Customers, prospects and vendors may have their own COVID-19 release agreements or onsite requirements which will be honored by all Predator personnel. When that is the case, contact jennifera@predator-software.com to discuss the details prior to the in-person activity.

We have received multiple requests from customers in essential industries (Medical, Aerospace, Energy, Defense and Transportation) to stay open. The US Department of Homeland Security has issued a Guidance Memo which we are honoring. The Guidance Memo designates essential and critical infrastructure businesses and workers. In addition, we are honoring state and local directives within Predator's office in Beaverton, Oregon and while working onsite at customer locations.

Most Predator employees can and will continue to work from home within the directives of their home countries, states/provinces and cities. The primary concern is with customer, prospect and vendor onsite activities. The COVID-19 pandemic is very fluid. We will review and update this web page with the latest COVID-19 details and how it affects Predator Software, resellers, customers, prospects and vendors.

March 15th 2022 - Predator Software drops its COVID-19 Release Agreement

Predator Software recognizes the reduction of COVID-19 cases and has dropped the requirement for a mutual signed COVID-19 Release Agreement prior to any onsite activity. Predator Software may require a signed COVID-19 Release Agreement for international travel when a country's COVID-19 case load presents as high risk. This policy is in alignment with the guidelines from the CDC and public health officials to improve the safety measures for our customers and co-workers. January 6th 2022 - Predator Software updates COVID-19 Release Agreement

August 13th 2021 - Predator Software cancels their Mfg Day 2021 event

Predator Software will not host a National Manufacturing Day 2021 event on October 1st at their Beaverton, Oregon headquarters due to the current COVID-19 surge. July 1st 2021 - Predator Software resumes Predator Training in Beaverton

Predator Software announces that all Predator Training classes are now available at our Beaverton office. All students must be vaccinated to attend. All Predator instructors are already vaccinated. June 30th 2021 - Oregon lifts all COVID-19 restrictions

Oregon Governor, Kate Brown, has lifted all COVID-19 restrictions.

June 24th 2021 - Predator Software resumes Will Call services

July 24th 2020 - Predator Software resumes onsite field services

Predator Software announces that remote field services are now generally available and Predator Software will no longer be posting specific onsite activity details. Due to the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, specific onsite activities will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Customers can escalate their request for essential field service by contacting support@predator-software.com.

July 22nd 2020 - Predator Software completes COVID-19 essential field service

Predator Software sucessfully completes its third post COVID-19 essential onsite field service activity in Pennsylvania. Remote field services are generally not available however the situation is under management review. June 11th 2020 - Manufacturing Day 2020 at Predator Software is canceled

Predator Software will not be hosting Manufacturing Day 2020 at our Beaverton facility due to COVID-19. We will look forward to seeing everyone at a future Manufacturing Day.

June 8th 2020 - IMTS 2020 is canceled

Predator Software will not be exhibiting at IMTS 2020 due to COVID-19. Customers, prospects and vendors that had scheduled connecting at IMTS are encouraged to reach out to appropriate Predator personnel. We will look forward to seeing everyone at IMTS 2022.
